Great tasting spagetti bolognase, tastes even better the next day.
Cook onions and garlic in saucepan in oil. Once onions are soft add meat until cooked (for about 5-10 minutes). One by one add and stir in each remaining ingredient, herbs and spices, tomato paste, tin of tomatoes, sugar and beef stock cube. Add cup of water then allow to simmer. Simmer down as much as you desire, you can have it more runny or less runny depending on your preference. For a more runny/sloppy sauce add a little more water and don't simmer down as much.
Prepare desired pasta or rice and breads (if desired) to accommpany and serve.
