A Handfull and a Mouthfull
1. In medium bowl combine turkey, bread crumbs, juice, egg, garlic, oregano and pepper.
2. On rectangular (12-X 16-inch) piece of wax paper, shape turkey mixture into 9-X 12-inch rectangle. Place turkey ham slices over top of turkey mixture and sprinkle cheese over turkey ham. Roll turkey, jellyroll- style, using wax paper to help roll. Lightly press ends of roll to seal. Place turkey roll seam-side-down on (13-X 9-X 1-inch) baking sheet, lightly coated with non-stick vegetable cooking spray.
3. Bake in 350 degree F. oven 1 hour or until center of turkey roll reaches 160 degrees F. on meat thermometer and is no longer pink.
4. To serve, drizzle 2 tablespoons chili sauce over top of roll, if desired, and cut into 12 equal pieces.
