Ingredients

1 ts Salt
Vegetable oil; for deep frying
1 12-ounce can lager beer; (cold)
1 ts black pepper; Finely ground
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper; Optionally add paprika
1 1/4 c Flour

So easy and tasty ! The beer gives it a great flavour and grabbing a cold can from the fridge is less hassle than having to remember to pre-cool water like many tempura recipes require.

Try with fruit pineapple with some cinnamon in batter also apple-bananas etc GREAT.
