Teriyaki Soy Turkey Burgers with Pineapple
1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Form into 4 patties about 1/2-inch thick.
3. Place patties on a baking sheet or plate, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour to allow burgers to set so they'll hold together while cooking.
4. Cook in a non-stick pan over medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side.
