Hawaii Meets TEX MEX Pork Chops
1. Heat oil and cook pork 1-2 min each sice till just browning
2. Add Garlic, stir 30-45 sec
3. Add water, pineapple and rice, mix well
4. Boil, cover and simmer 20 min
5. Mix sourcream and salsa into rice mixture and top with parsley
