Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally until softened, 5 minutes.
Add broth, tomatoes, corn, chili powder and cumin; bring to boil. Add chicken, reduce heat and simmer until heated through, about 3 minutes. Stir in cilantro.
