Suggest a better description1. Peel and pit the avocados and place in a large bowl, mash with a potato masher or fork.
2. Dice onion and alapenos and add to avocado mash.
3. Chop tomatoes and cilantro and add to the mixture.
4. Slice a fresh lemon or lime and squeeze juice into mixture (to taste).
5. Add Salt (to taste).
6. Serve with tortilla chips or other mexican food.
For a milder guacamole, use less peppers and be sure to remove the pith from them (the white stuff where the seeds cling). For a spicier guacamole do the opposite- leave pith and seeds!
