Suggest a better descriptionGrill steak to medium-rare. Transfer to a plate, cover with foil and set aside for 5 minutes to rest. Slice thinly. Combine the coriander, mint, chili, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, lime rind and juice, palm sugar, lemongrass, and lime leaves in a small bowl. Place the rocket, spinach and beef in a large bowl and gently toss until combined. Divide beef salad among serving plates and spoon over the dressing.
