Ready in 20 minutes
thai peanut chicken and noodles
in 12" nonstick skillet, sprayed with cooking spray, over med-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally or until chicken is thoroughly cooked (7 min). remove from pan and set aside.
in same skillet, spray pan again over med-high and cook garlic and peppers stirring occasionally 2min
add chicken broth-ginger. cook, stirring frequently, until sauce is thickened and smooth (2 min)
return chicken to skillet. stir in onions and simmer until heated through (3 min). serve over hot noodles.
laceywilsonstephens 2y agoYummy and easy. I added carrots, celery and water chestnuts for some extra crunch. Will make again!
Hntrjmpr87 2y agoThis was probably my favorite dish while I was pregnant. All I craved was Asian food and thus always hit the spot. Even hubby didn't get tired of it all the time.

nstonems 3y agoFlavorful. Not too peanutbuttery. I cooked the chicken in ablend of oils ( peanut, red pepper and seseme) as my family is into intense flavor. Only my 15 year old looked for more flavor. What do you expect!
Muskoka6 4y agoIn between bites my family kept telling me they love this dish! Right amount of spice, I added some frozen peas at the end for extra veggies.
