mapglobal2 2m agoThis dish is so simple and easy, yet absolutely delicious. I did a trial run of this dish in advance of a Thai themed dinner party that I'm hosting soon, and it came out really well. It's easy to adjust levels of seasonings to one's taste, and it's couldn't be more simple. Wifey loved it and I was lucky to get my one serving! Definitely worth trying. Michael
josh_parreco 5m agoFish sauce makes it savory, great dish!
mattlawes 1y agoMade using green Thai paste and added broccoli after 10 mins, superb
mattlawes 1y agoThis is a very nice curry to have once in a while
Nikkitwinkie 2y agoOne of my favorites! Real easy to make. I use frozen Thai stir fry veggies instead of just red pepper for the veggies. It's delicious.
Sebchenier 2y agoI was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of this recipe. I added a pinch of brown sugar for some extra kick and I ran out of cayenne pepper and used Cajun spices. I'll try cayenne next time but I likes the brown sugar. I also added a tbsp of white flour to thicken the consistency. I might add mango next time
lwbatts 2y agoGreat as good as restaurant when I add cayenne, 1 Tbsp of Splenda pour, 1 can of bamboo shoots and fresh basil ( and I skip the coriander). I serve it over rice.
RussellJim 2y agoHad red curry many times in a restaurant ... Can't believe how simple it was. Super tastey and just like I had in the past (wish I had but had boiled rice trying to also cook pad Thai noddles). So popular the family want it again at the weekend,
justinblake 2y agoDo not like the fish sauce other than that great recipe...I added mushrooms and cayenne
