This dish is so simple and easy, yet absolutely delicious. I did a trial run of this dish in advance of a Thai themed dinner party that I'm hosting soon, and it came out really well. It's easy to adjust levels of seasonings to one's taste, and it's couldn't be more simple. Wifey loved it and I was lucky to get my one serving!
Definitely worth trying.
I was pleasantly surprised with the outcome of this recipe. I added a pinch of brown sugar for some extra kick and I ran out of cayenne pepper and used Cajun spices. I'll try cayenne next time but I likes the brown sugar. I also added a tbsp of white flour to thicken the consistency. I might add mango next time
