Method - Dressing

Place ginger into TM bowl and chop for 3 seconds on speed 8.
Add remaining dressing ingredients and mix for 6 seconds on speed 5.
Pour into a jug ready to dress the salad
Method - Salad
---------------------------------
Place cabbage and onion into the TM bowl and chop for 5 seconds on speed 4 or until cabbage looks evenly chopped. Remove and place in a serving bowl.
Add almonds, spinach and dressing, toss salad and serve.
General Tips
---------------------------------
Untoasted slivered almonds can be used and toasted in the TM for 5 minutes on Reverse + speed 1.
