Suggest a better descriptionDrop the bean thread in hot water until cooked about 2-3 min. Drain the water and toss with a generous amount of sesame oil. Clean and remove the stems from which veggies you decide to include. Dip the rice paper in water briefly then place on a flat surface. Spead 1 tsp of plum sauce on the circle and pile on the bean thread (only a small amount) and the veggies as you wish. Then roll starting at one side, half way tuck in the ends and finally roll to the end. (think burrito)
