This antipasto has ravioli in it making it a great and filling lunch.


1 package fresh light four-cheese ravioli
1 can artichoke hearts; drained and roughly chopped, quartered
2 tbsp oil-packed sun-dried tomato; halves; chopped and drained
1/4 cup olives; sliced
1/4 cup basil; fresh, torn
1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette; fat-free

Original recipe makes 4



1. Cook pasta according to package. Drain.

2. Combine cooked pasta, artichokes, and remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Serve immediately.
