So easy, 3 simple ingredients. Let it marinate a night or two and throw on the BBQ for a few hours. Delicious!
Place roast in disposible tin pan. (Lasagna size pan will do)
Cover with 2 bottles of kraft original BBQ sauce, 1 bottle of coca-cola and 7 minced cloves of garlic.
Cover with tin foil and let marinate in fridge over night.
Preheat BBQ
Keep roast covered and cook on BBQ at a low setting for approx. 3 hours. Checking with a meat thermometer to desired done-ness.
When roast is cooked remove from pan and slice. Spoon the remainding sauce into a bowl and pour over meat like a gravy.
I marinated mine two nights and it turned out great. The more garlic the better!!
