these cookies are the best!!!!
they are quick, easy, and fun to make....
also they are great for parents to make on a rainy day with the kids!
in a large mixing bowl put brown sugar, peanut butter, and the egg in.
***DO NOT USE A SPOON OR A SPATULA***
Hand mix the ingredients with one hand...(literally use your hand to mix the ingredients.
mix them until well mixed and the mixture stops sticking to your hand, then roll them into small balls about the roundness size of a quarter.
place the balls on an ungreased cookie sheet then use a fork to slightly flatten them then bake at 350 degrees ferenheit for about 10 minutes until slightly brown. then enjoy!!!!
also you can make them as big as you want but the bigger you make them the less you may have.
