Beautiful fine pancakes
1) sift the flour and the salt into a medium sized mixing bowl. Add eggs and milk.
2) whisk and whisk until smooth. Set aside for 10 minutes.
3) gently heat a lightly greased 20cm frypan
4) pour the batter into a jug for easy pouring
5) pour about 3 tablespoons into the pan. Tilt pan spread the batter all over evenly.
6) lift edges with a knife. When golden, flip it over and cook the other side.
7) once all the pancakes have been cooked. Sprinkle the lemon juice and the sugar over the pancakes.
8) roll up and serve hot with whipped cream or ice cream if you like.
9) enjoy!
when cooking the pancakes, the pancakes will bubble that is when you need to turn the pancakes over.
