Very simple, but very flavorful
-Brown ground turkey (or beef) and add taco seasoning. Then set aside to cool.
-Chop lettuce, celery, onions, olives then mix in large serving bowl with enough room to add ground meat once cooled.
-When ready to serve, add half a large bag of crushed Doritos, Catalina dressing, mix well and enjoy!!
