Tapenade is a popular food in the south of France, where it is typically eaten as an hors d'oeuvre.
Place figs in food processor and pulse for 30 seconds, until well chopped. Add bleu olive Fig Balsamic Jam and pulse to create a paste. Add olives and pulse until incorporated. Add olive oil, vinegar, and thyme and pulse again for 30 seconds until tapenade is smooth.
Serve on crostini or a favorite cracker.
