Recipe By: California Pizza Kitchen Cookbook. EQUIPMENT: Pizza stone PLACE PIZZA STONE IN CENTER OF OVEN AND PREHEAT TO 500 degrees for 1 hour. A SPICY-SWEET BBQ SAUCE IS RECOMENDED FOR THIS PIZZA. Sometimes sold as Hawaiian Style. To prepare chicken: In a large frying pan, cook the chicken =05in olive oil over med. hi. heat 5-6 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. set aside in the refrigerator until chilled through. Add 2 Tbl. BBQ sauce to chilled chicken and mix, return to fridge. Use a large spoon to spread 1/2 cup BBQ sauce over dough. Sprinkle 1 tbl gouda cheeese over sauce. Cover with 3/4 c mozzarella, add 1/2 chicken pcs,and onion. Sprinkle addl. !/4 c mozzarella over top. Transfer Pizza to oven bake 8-10 min. Remove from oven and sprinkle 1/2 cilantro over hot pizza. Repeat with remaining ingredients. NOTE: I did not really care for the cilantro, and I like it in other things alot.
