The classic made by the Brown Hotel
Preheat oven to Broil.
Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add flour and stir to combine well. Add milk in a slow stream, whisking constantly over medium heat. Allow sauce to thicken, stirring often. Add cheese and stir to melt. Season to taste.
Place toast in heat proof dish, top with turkey and tomato. Divide sauce evenly and top with backon. Broil until cheese is browned and bubbly.
