I've searched for years trying to find the perfect waffle recipe. My friends, here it is:
In a bowl, beat eggs lightly. In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together. In egg bowl, add the buttermilk and melted butter and whisk until combined. In third bowl, add the ingredients 1/3 at a time, starting with the eggs. Pour onto preheated waffle iron.
To ensure a PERFECT meal, heat maple syrup in a bowl of hot water, and serve with a cream cheese spread <3
