1. Preheat oven to 425
2. Combine mayonnaise with cheese in medium bowl.
3. Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Evenly top with mayonnaise mixture, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. **if you have not flattened your chicken breast prior to this, you will need to cook it about 35-40 minutes total, thicker breasts take longer to cook**
**I will usually sprinkle a little bit of italian seasoned bread crumbs on top of the mayo, then sprinkle some panko on top of that, it really makes a nice crunch**

outdoorloverEasy! I mixed some dried basil, oregano, and garlic powder into the mayo/cheese mixture before cooking. Then I put marinara and mozzarella on after 20 minutes just until cheese melted to make Chicken Parmigiana. This was tasty and melted in the mouth; tender and juicy. Hubby raved about it. Definitely a recipe to use again and again, with or without the sauce and mozzarella!3m ago
Huminbrd56Years afo, this recipe came with a Tupperware microwave triple cooker I bought. It's so easy and delicious!8m ago
JasmineBradfordI was looking for a recipe to recreate Longhorn Steakhouse's Parmesan Crusted Chicken and tried this but I must say, this recipe may be BETTER than Longhorn! Adding this to my favorites for sure! Thank you for sharing!1y ago
karen8654v5r9I've made this and it is super. You really can't mess it up.1y ago
mirandaelee1It isn't mind blowing, but it is easy. I did it twice, the second time pounding the chicken down a bit, which made the twenty min cook time perfect. You DON'T need a thick layer of mayo parmesean, and I actually cut the mayo down by half. Next time i think I'm going to use 3 tbsp of parm. too.1y ago
JennC611Not bad. But I probably won't be making it again.1y ago
ClancyCatSorry, just isn't special. No matter what you do, it's soggy and bland-ish.1y ago
DierdreBMade this last night for dinner and no one liked it. Disappointed.1y ago
