Great. Also added Rotel tomatoes for sauce, mexican corn and green chilies. I used Mexican Velvetta and topped the casserole with Colby Jack cheese 10 minutes before it was done. Would surely make again.

This was an awesome dish!! I just substituted 2 small cans of green chilis for the bell pepper and a can of Ro Tel tomatoes and chilis for 1 of the cans of tomato sauce!!! This recipe is on my steady list!

Very good, will make this again. Makes a lot more than 6 servings. We did the shredded cheese on top for the last 5 minutes in the oven. Made it perfect.

I was trying to find a good beef recipe tonight and found this one and I'm glad I did. It is excellant!! I did make a few adjustments since there are only 2 of us. I cut the recipe in half and I didn't have Niblets corn so I used Mexicorn. I also added Colby-Jack cheese on top just before serving. My husband said this was 'Oh so yummy' and I'm sure it will be on his weekly 'please cook' list. Thanks for a great recipe!!!
