Suggest a better descriptionPlace cheeses in food processor bowl with metal blade; process until well blended. Add basil and bell pepper; process with on/off pulses 2 to 3 times or until finely chopped and well blended. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours or until firm. Spread sesame seed evenly over waxed paper. Spoon cheese mixture in a mound over seed. Gently shape mixture into a ball, rolling in seed to coat. Refrigerate until serving time. Serve with crackers or sourdough cocktail bread slices.
