Cook pasta, adding the spinach to the boiling water for the last minute.
Cook and stir chicken and basil in a large skillet for 3 minutes or until done.
Stir cream cheese into chicken.
Drain pasta and return to pan.
Stir in chicken mixture and half of the mozzarella cheese.
Spoon into a 2 quart or 8 inch square baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 3 more minutes.
