Combine noodles, soup, tuna and black pepper in medium sized casserole dish. Cover with crushed potato chips. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 min. Let set for 5 minutes. Add additional crushed potato chips for extra crunch, if desired.
You can substitute other cream soups as desired. A favorite of ours is Campbell's Cream of Chicken with herbs for extra flavor.
