For the people who like chili but like it sweet with just a hint of spice. This makes enough to feed a lot of people, you may want to reduce for a smaller group of people.
In a very large pot, pour in the V8, onions, bell pepper, chili powder, fire roasted tomatoes, tomato paste, bouillon cubes, minced garlic and pork and beans. Preheat the oven to 350 and cook the pork loin in pan with some tomato juice poured in for about an hour. allow to cool for about 10 minutes then cut in to bit size pieces. Pour the pieces and the juice in to the pot with the base. Cook the Stew meat chopped in bit size bits in a skillet until brown seasoning with garlic powder, salt, pepper and some chili powder to taste. When done put cooking put in the pot with the base. Cook the chicken in a skillet and season with salt, pepper and chili powder to taste. When done with that put the chicken in the post as well. Now add the minced garlic. Let simmer for a couple hours until the mixture is thicker, string occasionally. Garnish with Sour cream, shredded cheese and some piping hot Corn Bread! YUM.
Cook this to taste, if you want more spice add it in the form of Red pepper flakes.
