A delicious chocolate peanut butter snack we always make for Christmas
Melt the Almond Bark in the microwave according to the package directions. Stir in 1 cup chunky peanut butter. Spread this mixture on a cookie sheet covered with heavy duty aluminum foil. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave - be careful not to burn. Spoon dollops of the melted chocolate around the peanut butter mixture, then use a butter knife to marble it. Put it in the refrigerator, freezer, or outside - if it's cold enough. Once the candy is hard, break it up into small bite-size pieces. Store at room temperature, or in the refrigerator, if desired.
Tastes like a peanut butter cup, only better!
