Top-ranked recipe named "Tilapia Parmesan"
From Mama's Restaurant, Minocqua, WI
"Made this tonight for the first time. The Tilapia tasted restaurant quailty. I added black pepper to the fish before baking, otherwise I followed the recipe. My wife absolutely loved it and for the very first time I was able to enjoy baked fish. I'm a deep-fried fish fanatic. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks so much for sharing, Pami."- Mikail

Yeah, at this point, I turn the broiler on, and stick the pan back in the oven, on the rack it started on, so it's broiling from like a foot away. Browns but doesn't burn quickly at this distance.

girlchild 5 months agoEven as a Marylander, I omitted the Old Bay (which I buy in bulk, so not because I didn't have it on hand but rather because it just didn't seem to fit). The results were delicious. Though it made an otherwise healthful option not so healthy, my family members who aren't big on fish were thrilled.
