Suggest a better descriptionPrep foil into 5 12x18 inch pieces and spray with non stick spray. Place filet in center of foil and top each filet equally with vegtables. Mix olive oil, salt & pepper, lemon juice and oregano in small bowl and drizzle over each filet and veggies. Fold up sides of foil to seal and make a packet. Once thawed, cook at 425 for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
