Nice tasty treat for something different. Nice and creamy.
Prep:
Preheat Oven to 350.
In skillet, add the oil, onions and chicken. Saute until the chicken is white and onions are slightly cooked. The onions will be lighter color and or clear. Add the Ginger and Herbes De Provence and mix to coat. Cover and let simmer until the noodles are ready.
In large Sauce pan, cook the noodles per package. (Usually about 11 minutes)
In a 9x13 baking dish: Put the drained noodles in dish. Cover with Alfredo Pasta Sauce and mix. Add the Chicken mixture and mix to coat. Smooth out and sprinkle on the Shredded Cheese. Sprinkle on the French Fried Onions.
Place baking dish in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
I served this with a side of buttered Broccoli. Keep an eye on it when you put it in the oven. Leave it in there too long and your French Fried Onions will burn.
