Suggest a better descriptionTo make sauce: In small saucepan over med-high heat melt butter and cook onion stirring occasionally until translucent 4-5 minutes. Add the rest of the sauce ingredients and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes more. Set aside and allow to cool.
Allow pork to stand at room temp for 20-30 minutes before grilling. Season with salt & pepper. Grill pork fat side up over Indirect Medium heat until internal temp reaches between 185-190 degrees, 3-4 hours. Remove from grill & place on platter. Loosely cover with foil and let rest for about 20 minutes.
