A very easy tiramisu, with no raw egg
1. Whisk the mascarpone with the vanilla and coffee liqueur and 50mL coffee. Whisk the cream with the icing sugar until smooth, then fold into the mascarpone mix.
2. Pour the remaining coffee into a shallow bowl (sweeten with more icing sugar if you want). Take one sponge finger at a time and dip it in to the coffee, lining 4 serving glasses with the soaked sponge fingers.
3. Spoon the mascarpone mix on to the soaked sponge fingers. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes.
4. To serve: Remove the tiramisu from the fridge and dust with sifted cocoa powder.
MauraSpeckt 2y agoMmm, so delicious and easy to make! Light and fluffy with that delicious chocolate dusting makes this simply exquisite. Everyone loved this even without the eggs, even though it had to be made that way and was not my choice, but someone couldn't have eggs so this was an excellent choice! A+
