Arrange Nilla Wafers along bottom of Pie pan and up the sides.
Drizzle some of the coffee over the wafers and let it soak in.
Beat Cream Cheese until creamy, gradually beat in milk. Add Pudding Mix. Beat on low speed for 1 minute
Fold in Cool Whip
Spread half of the pudding mixture over the wafers.
Using a grater, grate chocolate so that it covers this pudding mixture.
Top with remaining wafers, and drizzle with remaining coffee.
Top with the rest of the pudding mixture, and then top with more grated chocolate.
Chill for at least 3 hours
