Suggest a better descriptionMix flour, wheat germ, oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Chop raisins and apricots together in a food processor. Add the juice, oil, and eggs. Add mixture to flour mixture and gently stir together. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.
With slightly wet hands, shape the dough into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on baking sheets and flatten with the back of a fork.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
