This is a very rich cake.
Cake:
Combine cake mix, chocolate pudding mix, hot water, vegetable oil, eggs and vanilla. Bake in a 13 x 9 pan.
Combine butterscotch pudding, 3/4 cup half & half cream and 3/4 cup condensed milk. Then fold in the whole bag of toffee bits and 1/2 cup cool whip to pudding mix.
While cake is still warm right out of the oven poke holes with the end of a wooden spoon, pour the remaining condensed milk in the holes first then caramel topping.
First spread pudding/toffee mix all over cake then cool whip.
Crush all 3 toffee candy bars and sprinkle over cake.
Then drizzle caramel topping and chocolate syrup to decorate cake.
