Suggest a better descriptionSource : Homearts online Prehead the oven to 400F Dice the onion, chop the garlic, chop the parsley. Mash the tofu and mix with the chopped onion, bread crumbs, flour, chopped garlic (or garlic powder) parsley and lemon zest. Add more bread crumbs if it wont hold its shape. Grease a cookie sheet.
