gumbo with seafood
Olive oil, crushed clove of garlic. Add water and chopped egg plant. Cook adding water until nothing but liquid. Add tomatoes, water and cook down. Add okra and cook. Toward end add bell pepper, old bay,,, oregano a bay leaf and parsley. Cook and before serving add crab claw meat or shrimp.
Be patient!
