Preheat oven to 400
Unfold dough onto lightly dusted surface
Cut dough into rectangles, 20. Price dough liberally with fork. Arrange on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill 10 minutes
Combine cheese, mayoinnaise and garlic stirring well. Spread a scan 1/2 teaspoon of cheese mixture over each dough piece. Top each tarlet with 2 tomato slice,s and pepper.
Bake at 400 for 15 minutes until lightly browned.
