Tasty tomato soup
Pour olive oil in saucepan. Add onions, carrots and celery. Lower heat to simmer for 5-10 minutes. When soft add tomato puree. Simmer for a further minute. Add quartered tomatoes, salt, pepper and bay leaf and allow to simmer for 12 minutes on low heat. Pour in stock and bring mixture to a boil. Turn down heat to a simmer and add milk. After 20 minutes place blend and serve.
