2 tb Garlic; minced
2 tb fresh ginger; Minced
1 c Catsup
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Mirin
1/2 c Worchershire
1/2 c Sake

Original recipe makes 1



Put all above ingredients in stainless steel sauce pan and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring occasionally. Reduce to a simmer for 25 to 30 minutes skimming any foam that rises to the top. Chill and refrigerate. Good for 4 to 6 weeks. This recipe yields 3 cups.
