Easy and delicious soup
1) Cook tortellini according to package instructions, drain, and set aside
2) Combine chicken broth and alfredo sauce in a large pot, bring to a boil, add chicken and sun dried tomatoes, bring to another boil then reduce heat to a simmer, uncovered for 5 minutes
3) Add cooked tortellini and spinach to pot. Cook for 2 minutes to heat through and wilt spinach.
4) Serve sprinkled with parmasean cheese
