Crispy Kale from the TQI Diet
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. Wash the kale and shake it mostly dry
3. Cut out the tough center stem.
4. Cut the Kale into narrow strips, about 1/4 inch wide (alternately tear Kale into small pieces).
5. In a large bowl pour olive oil over oil and toss to coat.
6. Place the oiled kale on a cookie sheet
7. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes, or until crisp
8. Sprinkle with salt
