Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces
Slice green onion (entire onion)
Cut tomato into wedges
Julienne Ham, Turkey and Cheeses
Thinly slice Avocado and Hard Boiled Eggs
Place lettuce on plate or bowl. Sprinkle on Green Onion. Layer on Ham, Turkey, Avocado and Cheeses. Around the edges, place sliced egg and tomato wedges. Top with dressing of choice and Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with bacon bits and croutons if desired.
