Quick and easy for a lite lunch or dinner.


Green Onion
Cheddar Cheese
Monterey or Swiss Cheese
Hard Boiled Egg
Dressing of Choice
Salt & Pepper
Bacon Bits (optional)
Croutons (optional)

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Tear lettuce into bite sized pieces

Slice green onion (entire onion)

Cut tomato into wedges

Julienne Ham, Turkey and Cheeses

Thinly slice Avocado and Hard Boiled Eggs

Place lettuce on plate or bowl. Sprinkle on Green Onion. Layer on Ham, Turkey, Avocado and Cheeses. Around the edges, place sliced egg and tomato wedges. Top with dressing of choice and Salt and Pepper to taste. Sprinkle with bacon bits and croutons if desired.

This was lovely salad. So many filling items that it was the main course. I had blue cheese and bean sprouts on the side for those that wanted a little something extra.
