Ready in 45 minutes
Great pumpkin pie for the holidays or anytime.
Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 375F. Remove one pie crust from freezer. Meanwhile, combine filling in order given. Place pie crust on preheated cookie sheet, near center of oven. Working quickly, pour filling into pie crust. Bake for 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack. Garnish with whipped cream, if desried.

MFPDgirl 3y agoGreat recipe! I didn't have ginger, so I subst cin and ging with 1tsp of Kortinge Cinnamon by Pamp Chef. Also love the creamer idea, I used Hazelnut. So good! Thanks for posting. :)
danimartx7 4y agoi cut out the sugar and instead of evaporated milk, i used 1 cup of french vanilla coffee creamer and my family loves it.
adw899 5y agoGood pumpkin pie. Maybe a little more sugar & a tad more cinnamon to make it just a bit better. Overall, good recipe.
