triple chocolate melted goodness three diffrent types of chocolate chips inside of a soft and light cupcake with cream cheese icing
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Sift the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt into a large mixing bowl
2.Cream butter sugar until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream. Add the eggs one at a time then stir in the choclate chips. Mix them well so that you cant see them at all when you are ready to pour
3.Pour into muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes
For icing mix together the cream cheese and butter together until smooth. Then add the vanilla and powdered sugar
