I LOVE EGGNOG!
1. Microwave the caramels and 1 TBL milk in microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM for 30 seconds, or until caramels are melted when stirred.
2. Pour into crust and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
3. Beat pudding mixes, eggnog and remaining milk with whisk for 2 minutes.
4. Spoon 1 1/2 cups of this mixture over the nuts.
5. Stir half of the Cool Whip into remaining pudding mixture and spread over top of pudding mix in pie.
6. Top with remainign Cool Whip.
Refrigerate for 3 hours
ENJOY!
