Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine tuna cottage cheese and half the bread crumbs. Spread tuna mixture in bottom of casserole. In saucepan, combine butter, flour and paprika to a smooth paste. Gradually heat and add milk, stirring until thick. Add cheese, stir until melted. Pour sauce over tuna. Top with remaining bread crumbs. Pour melted butter over bread crumbs.
