Grandmas recipe
Cook noodles and place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Melt butter and cook onions and celery until tender.
Add to noodles.
Blend soup, flour, milk, pepper, and thyme.
Add tuna.
Combine with noodles.
Combine cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle over top.
Bake 25 min. @ 350°
