Tuna Egg Salad (no Mayo Version)

If you have a magic bullet blender this works the best for this recipe


2 6-oz cans tuna; drained
3 hard-cooked eggs; peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon water; (to make the eggs spin in the bullet)
2 tablespoons Prepared mustard
1 cup Celery; chopped
1 small onion; chopped
1 dill or sweet pickle; chopped
salt; and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl, stir together the tuna, celery and onion and pickle. Place the hard boiled eggs, in the bullet cup (small one) add the mustard and water and salt and pepper and blend till its like cream but real thick and smooth, add this to the tuna and make your self a salad or a sandwich, this is my version. Enjoy!
